A customer can be an Individual or Business Entity. What matters most is views of customer doesn't matter they are Individual or Business Entity.
What does "problem" mean in Problem pulse?

It can be a customer expressing their need or in other words expressing what they want.

it can be customer facing a problem (i.e., pain points) wrt to a particular product / service that they are using. The Intention is that the existing customer of the product / service can say how they overcome.
Overcome Intention
1. Did they switch to other product?
2. Did they found a workaround of the problem?
3. Did they found any workaround / hack for solving their problem? -
Problem can also be issue related cost / quality / any other reasonable things which maters to a customer.
Problem can also be refered as use cases which a product solves.
